Nero's Intricate Design (Kit)
2004 Friesian Sport Horses

Nero's Intricate Design (Kit) 7/15/04 Friesian/Appaloosa. Grulla Colt - now developing Appy spots. BEAUTIFUL! Out of 15.3 hand Buckskin Appaloosa mare, Designor Princess, and sired by Nero (16.2 hands). Very upheaded. Nice Friesian build and movement with suspension! This colt reminds us very much of his sire Nero - very elegant, long legged and floating in his movement. He should mature to right around 16 hands. He a full sibling to Nezi, Myst, Indi & Hawke. In September of 2005, Kit's half brother (same mother) , Grand Design, was placed as the Friesian Blood Horse National Grand Champion and was approved as a breeding stallion. Kit is also a half sibling to Zelo (same mother). At 1 year, 10 months, Kit is starting to spot out - he has tiny bird spots along his back and they are spreading & growing. We have had a number of people interested in breeding to Kit in the future, so he is not yet gelded. Excellent Appaloosa Sport Horse Stallion prospect! Kit has been lightly started driving and riding. Kit is registered with the Friesian Heritage Horse & Sporthorse International and is eligible for the Friesian Sport Horse Registry, IPSHR, & AWS. Price: $7,500 Kit has sired a number of foals now and is currently in WI on a breeding lease and is being ridden there as well

Kit's first two offspring have arrived in 2007! Both are out of chestnut based Appaloosa mares: a grulla filly with spots and a solid black filly! More pics will be posted here soon.
